Every Order KSA parcel ships with tracking. Here is how to follow your order from Dammam to your door.
1. Use your tracking link
When your parcel is dispatched, we send a tracking number by SMS and email. Open the link in that message to see the courier's latest update. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
2. Check your account
If you ordered with an account, log in and open the order to see its status and tracking details.
3. Ordered as a guest?
Your order confirmation and shipping emails contain a link to your order status page. Check your spam folder if you cannot find them.
Delivery times
- Preparation: 1 to 2 business days
- Eastern Province: 1 to 2 business days
- Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah: 2 to 3 business days
- Other cities: 3 to 5 business days
