You can ask us to delete your Order KSA account and personal data at any time. This applies to accounts created on our website and in the Order KSA app for iOS and Android.
How to request deletion
- Email customerservice@orderksa.com or message us on WhatsApp at +966 56 475 7889.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request" and include the name, email address and mobile number on your account.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the email or mobile number linked to the account, to protect you from unauthorised requests.
- We confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
What is deleted
- Your account login and profile
- Saved addresses and wishlist
- Marketing preferences and subscriptions
What we keep
We keep only the order and invoice records that Saudi tax law requires us to retain. These are not used for marketing.
Only want to stop messages?
You do not need to delete your account. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any SMS. Order and delivery notifications are not affected.
